How do I return an item?

All returns may be made by mail or in our store, whichever is most convenient for you. Non-sale merchandise, in new or unused condition, in their original non-modified condition and their original packaging with manufacturer tags in tact, may be returned with your packing slip within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs). We regret that we cannot accept returns after 30 days for any reason. If you would like to exchange or return an item purchased in the last 30 days that was not a final sale or a custom item, please send us an email at info@shopcloud9.com requesting an RMA number. 

All gift returns may be for store credit only; no cash refunds are available. 

Baby Registry Return Policy: Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned within 14 days of baby shower date. 

Return Policy Exceptions: All sale purchases are final. All skin and haircare products are final sale, due to health and hygiene concerns. Because many of our items are made to order, all custom pieces are final sale. Custom orders include (but not limited to): Bratt Decor and Pom Pom. No refunds or store credits are available on any of these purchases. 

Returned items not meeting this criteria are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs (each way) for unwanted items.
